Meet Our Portland Team

The Leadership Team at Zysk Recovery Partners, Portland, Maine.

Portland Services Director

Demitri Stern, CADC, MHRT/C, CA

Weclome to Zysk Recovery Partners. My name is Demitri Stern, Services Director for our Portland, ME location. I've dedicated the past 5 years of my life to the behavioral health field, starting with advocacy work for individuals with criminal histories and victims of crime. This experience ignited my passion for supporting individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

For the past 3 years, I have worked as a Substance Use Counselor, and will soon be pursuing my Master’s in Social Work to obtain my LCSW. I hold licensing as a Substance Use Counselor (CADC), Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician/Certified (MHRT/C), and Credentialed Advocate with the NACP (CA). My diverse background, including my own personal experience with substance use, allows me to connect with individuals from all walks of life and understand their unique challenges. For all of your substance use needs, Zysk Recovery Partners is eager and ready to help no matter the barriers.

Portland Women's Housing Director

Kelsie Fitch, ADCA

Hello! I’m Kelsie.
I was born and raised in Southern Maine and continue to work and live here with my family.
I’ve worked with and around the recovery and unhoused populations of Southern Maine for the past six years and am passionate about helping people work towards becoming their best selves. I currently hold Recovery Coach, CRMA, CPR, and MHRT1 certifications, with a provisional MHRT/C. I’m currently working towards completing my MHRT/C with the goal of becoming a CADC. I have “from the ground up” experience in opening and managing women’s sober residences, community outreach, and peer support services.

I also have experience working in residential treatment facilities and am honored to be able to watch, and assist in, others’ journeys towards recovery. I look forward to building upon my skills and experience while working as the Women’s Housing Director at Zysk Recovery!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family including my two-year-old French Bulldog, Jasper. I enjoy fitness and nutrition as part of a lifestyle focusing on whole body and spirit health and wellness. I also enjoy learning about graphic design, cooking, and exploring all that Maine has to offer.

Support Staff

Ronald Dow, ADCA

I was born in Lisbon Falls in 1959. Grew up in Standish and graduated from Bonny Eagle H.S in June of 1978. Went to college in 1981 to get my B.A. in business administration but did not quite make it as accounting three was never completed but made up for it in practical application in the work force. Started my recovery journey in 2000 when I was given the opportunity to manage a recovery residence in Portland Me and have been in the field ever since.
